Wow! Really like your idea and its final result, but as I sometimes do, here are some tips from me:

First of all, I feel like some of your sounds are a bit dry (e.g. this melody at the beginning), so adding a reverb would do a lot of job! :)

Another thing is that the song feels kinda empty, but don't worry because a lot of people struggle with this. Actually adding some ambiences or atmospheres (e.g. these from Cymatics, but there are many on the internet in some packs so you can find some really cool) would both fill your frequencies so the song would feel fuller and more glued together, and it will give your song a special vibe which won't be boring for the listener :D

The most important thing that also kinda lacks is mixing. Mixing is the most important part of making your track sound good. And I repeat - the most important part. It's basically like 90% of the success. Not mastering, but mixing (even tho a lot of people say that their songs sound bad because they are not mastered) What I mean by mixing is simply volume leveling (setting volume of each sound to the right level), as for example your drums are too loud comparing to your dubstep basses, EQ sounds if needed (if you have high quality samples you don't really need to EQ them heavily), etc. There are many tutorials on Youtube about mixing, for example from Jay Eskar (even tho he makes Future Bounce), or In The Mix has especially great tutorials c:

Overall I really like your track and it sound great, tho it needs some improvements. However it's never too late to learn! :) Keep up on making music as I see that you have potential.

Keep up the good work,

Glad you like it :)

I'm really amazed by both your creativity and your attitude to making music! :D Keep it up and treat it like some sort of hobby/passion and don't be scared to learn new things :)) But now some advice - I'd recommend you few things: first one is EQ. Some parts of your song sound a bit muddy like your saw, I think they could be cut somewhere (layering might also help to get more juicy sounds) Don't be afraid to cut frequencies because you will get much cleaner sound if you layer for example with different types of saws (if you wanna get good on some mixing, layering, etc. you should totally visit Jay Eskar's youtube channel as he makes fantastic videos about making your music sound interesting and cleaner. For example "How to make your drop sound huge" or something like this is really really helpful. You can learn a lot from him!). And as we are talking about interestingness of your song I felt like it's a bit repetitive and because of that - a bit boring (I know it's a preview but I still think adding some ambiences, soundscapes, etc. could really do a great job). Colouring your song with some ambiences can really add a lot of vibe into your stuff and also make it more memorisable and of course - interesting :) Cymatics have a lot of packs with ambiences/atmospheres so you should definitely check them out! :D
Overall I really like the fact that you added some juicy sound effects like some plucks or whatever that is in the drop breaks :D Also the creativity and the overall idea is pretty juicy but as I said try to make it even juicier with these tips!
I also remembered now one thing I actually found out :o Making some sort of "counter melodies" (you can google them up for more detalic info) is a really good way of making your track even less repetitive! Use your main melody on the drop or the most intensifying parts, while use a different melody that will have the vibe of the song in it, on intro, verse, etc.
But as I said it's really good, keep up the good work on your stuff and stay as positive as you are! :D Great job!!!

Thank you for the MASSIVE feedback. I've actually just started using EQ more often a few weeks ago. Ngl, the frequencies of the saws in the preview are cut, but since I'm new to and it is not the only thing important that you mentioned, I'll just give it a bigger priority in the long run.
I've never really seen Jay Eskar's videos (even though I headbanged to some of his tracks tbh), so I'll make sure I check him out. In the next previews I'll use atmospheric fx to make everything sound a lot wider and louder. The plucked isn't yet perfected btw (I made it myself on Xfer Serum and it's just a sine wave and a triangle wave with both having 16 unison with a plucky-shaped volume envelope). I love the concept of counter melodies. VR (Virtual Riot) uses them almost all the time! It's a concept I never really grasped in all honesty, so I'll try my best.

Thanks for the lengthy review. I really appreciate how you helped me thanks to your review.
P.s. I've already applied some of your tricks onto the track and I gotta say: it sounds hella fine :D

Sounds like music when you're in some sort of secret room in a game ;) Pretty juicy
